The Opportunity

We are recruiting an Examinations Test Day Assistant. We are looking for an experienced, skilled and dedicated person who will provide professional exams service to all British Council customers through a range of mediums (face to face, email, social media and phone). The job holder will also provide a professional and efficient integrated examination services on the full range of British Council’s exams and services and to meet Exams Service Excellence standards in all contacts with customers, be that through face to face or emails.

 

Successful Candidates

As a minimum, ideal candidates should have the following experience and skills, in addition to British Council required Core Skills as listed in the Role Profile:

·         English at Proficiency Level B2

·         Arabic at Proficiency Level C1

·         High school diploma

·         Strong communication skills and proven ability to build rapport with customers

·         Intermediate command of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer

 

Desirables may be used during short listing in the event of a large number of applicants for the posts and priority will be given to applicants who are Omanis.
