Hourly Paid / 4 positions ( Male) / HP One year / Open to Male resident of Saudi Arabia and Saudi nationals.

The British Council Riyadh office is recruiting Customer Service Assistant   To provide support to Customer Service daily work in terms of supporting Customer Service, acting as first contact point for the customers at the front office or call centre and reporting feedback regularly for improvement.


The post is open to Male residents in Saudi and Saudi nationals.

Qualifications & experience:


·          Ability to communicate very well in spoken and written English and Arabic.

·           Minimum diploma or equivalent

·          Experience of dealing with customer – One year minimum
