The opportunity:


The successful applicant will work to support part of the Senior Finance team and deputises for the Head of CFO’s office manager during her absence.


The purpose of the role is to provide business and administrative support to the Finance Leadership team’ s office manager, Corporate Finance Director, Head of Tax, and Head of Financial Planning & Reporting.


Some of the main accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: 

  • Management of events, diaries, travel arrangements and meetings on behalf of the Finance Leadership Team
  • First point of contact for the team, taking calls and queries; liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis via email, phone or face to face
  • Assisting with basic finance administration; logging of expenses in SAP
  • Administrative tasks such as updating and maintaining documents and data records 

What we require of the successful candidate: 

  • Extensive administration experience; arranging meetings, managing stakeholder diaries, arranging travel and events.
  • Experience of liaising with senior managers and external stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with confidential information and in an appropriate manner
  • Proven computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 and ideally SAP)
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
