British Council Morocco is recruiting a Customer Services Officer for its office in Rabat. Gross Salary 9680 MAD/ Approx Net 8070 MAD) One year Fixed Term Contract/open to all staff/ Must be a Moroccan national/or have the right to work in Morocco/ We cannot obtain residence permits for unmarried partners or obtain work permit if you don’t have the right to work in Morocco/ We cannot employ applicants beyond the retirement age i.e 60 years in Morocco

British Council Morocco is recruiting a Customer Services Officer role for its office in Rabat. We are looking for a hardworking, accountable and customer focussed individual who must possess relevant work experience.  The post holder will manage the Rabat Customer Service team and the day to day provision of information to customers face to face, and via telephone, social media and e-mail. They will also be the main point of contact for enquiries handled by the Customer Services Assistants and they will be the  front line Duty Officer for customer service issues.  They will oversee student registration in liaison with Registrar and Customer Services Manager and ensure full coordination with the wider, all Morocco Customer Services team.

Applicants should have a first degree in any field/University Graduate and at least two years’ work experience in customer service, in addition to proven experience in the relevant financial tasks e.g. cash collection, income reconciliation. A very good level of spoken and written English and French is required (English: Aptis Level B1 / Pre-advanced and French: C1 Level/Arabic: Intermediate Level of written and spoken Arabic).   

Applicants need to have a pre-existing right to live and work in Morocco.
