Pay Band H / Location: Cali, Colombia / Contract: Project Based until September 2020 (conditioned to a contract with the donor) Salary: 2.959.000 COP plus benefits / Post holder must have the right to work in Colombia.

ABOUT THE JOB 
In this role you will coordinate and develop administrative and financial processes of the SYOC II project in Cali meeting the highest quality standards, according to the project´s targets and complying with the British Council policies and strategic objectives. 

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE 
You should have at least one year´s proven experience handling finance control of projects; at least one year´s proven experience handling administrative tasks; advanced user of Excel required; technical, technologist or university degree in public accounting or business administration; or equivalent experience;  English B1 level CEF; Spanish C1 level CEF. Not native speakers of Spanish should pass a test.

The British Council delivers a series of consultancy and teacher training projects for both public and private sectors. Main contracts are currently with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Commerce, The Ministry of Defence and Local Education Authorities.   Also offers a wide array of large scale and local projects in English, Education and Society, and Arts. The Education and Society unit builds and offers a series of projects for the public and private sector.
