Business Support Services Assistant (Temporary Position), Indonesia (IDN-1753)

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

As the Business Support Services Assistant, you will support Business Support Services Department and overall organisation in providing administration, general affairs and logistical support in accordance with British Council standards. Your job scope includes procurement process support such as Request for Quotation to suppliers, Purchase Order creation in SAP and ensuring that the payment is done in a timely manner. You will also facilitate the premises and facility maintenance for office and UK Staff Residences as well as ensuring that regular maintenance is carried out on a scheduled basis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must have a minimum of two years of experience in office administration and facility management. To be considered for this role, you should be proficient in the English language (Intermediate level) and you must hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in business administration or secretary.

 

Other important features or requirements of the Job: You must be willing to work after office hours and/or weekend once every two months OR once a month depending on the operational needs (e.g. supervising office general cleaning, contractor works, regular pest control treatment, facility maintenance etc.).
