Vacancy Description
The British Council in Georgia is recruiting for its Customer Excellence team. Please see the role profiles for full details.
Type of an agreement: Service contract 
Duration of the agreement: 12 months with a possibility of extension 
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week including 2.5 hours of lunch breaks 
Working in shifts: 5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day including 30 minute lunch breaks 
Salary:  800 GEL gross (840 GEL gross from 1st September)  
Start date: 1st September  or ASAP

Candidates must have fluent English and Georgian.
You must be either  studying for a University degree or hold one. 
Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Role Profile.
Successful candidates will be invited for an English Language Proficiency and Analytical Skills Test.
