The British Council Kuwait is recruiting a Customer
Services Adviser to be part of a team that focus on the delivery of
a professional and high quality customer care through all channels of
communication in compliance with corporate requirements.
This post will work split shifts, usually from 09.15
to 13:15 and from 16:15 to 19:15

Fluency in written
and spoken English – APTIS Level B1

Our
Team:
The post is based in Kuwait which forms a part of MENA North
regional business. The post holder will be one of a team of 12 members lead by
Customer Services Manager. The team handles all centre enquiries in addition to
teaching and examinations registrations through face to face communication,
telephones and e-mails acting as a first point of contact to all customers and
clients.
Local
