As our next
Resources Coordinator you will be responsible for providing British Council
operations and business support with resources, operative and administrative
services following the global British Council standards.
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE
You should have proven logistics coordination and administration experience;
English language equivalent to B2 level (CEFR); Spanish language equivalent to C1 level (CEFR).

The British Council in Venezuela is a UK government
not-for-profit organisation, working primarily in English and the Arts. We aim
to provide opportunities through access to quality UK services and qualifications
and are looking to increase our impact in Venezuela. Our teaching centre currently teaches English to
over 1,300 adults and young learners. We aim to expand the business substantially
over the next few years, partly through the growth of corporate courses and the
opening of offsite premises.
In addition, we deliver around 700 UK exams a year
and are looking to grow this business by developing new markets and building
new partnerships. We also aim to consolidate and enhance our
reputation as leaders in the fields of English language teaching training and
consultancies, working with partners in both the public and private sectors.
The Resources department is the supporting area that
provides all units with logistics, resources and administrative services. This
post provides support to the British Council Venezuela business in the main
premises and in partnership premises as well.
