Vacancy Description
Location: Kampla/ Duration: 2 year fixed term contract/ Locally Appointed Pay Band 4/ Salary range : UGX 2,330,730 - 3,853,082 / Must have the right to live and work in Uganda./ Closing date: 1/July/2016, 23:59 UK Time.
Purpose of job:
To deliver a positive experience to any British Council customer by delivering an effective, efficient, quality driven and integrated response on the full range of Council activities and services in Uganda.

Key responsibilities and duties.
  • Enquiry Handling
  • Managing Contact Channels
  • Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation: compile monthly statistics on customer flow on both walk-in, online and telephone customers and send report to the management team
  • Marketing Communications
  • Registrations: Helping candidates with registration processes for all products

Experience and Qualification
Experience:At least 3 years experience in the private sector/ corporate office environment in a similar position
Qualification: Relevant University degree
