Grade H/ Gross Salary (9680.00MAD), Net Salary (approx.8070.00MAD)/ 1 year fixed term (in the first instance)/ Must be a Moroccan national/or have the right to work in Morocco/ We cannot obtain residence permits for unmarried partners or obtain work permit if you don’t have the right to work in Morocco/ We cannot employ applicants beyond the retirement age i.e 60 years in Morocco.

British Council Morocco is recruiting a Project officer. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional, capable of operating in a key role to support the delivery of projects products and services, and build networks to help Morocco achieve defined regional and local project outcomes.

Post holder will work as a Project Officer within the Morocco Programme Team with a rapidly growing projects portfolio in different sectors, reporting to one of the projects managers.
The post holder will be required to work occasional unsocial hours, flexible working, occasional weekend working and occasional travel.

This post requires proven working experience in event Management and administration & finance experience in a busy office environment. A very good level of speaking and writing in English, Arabic and French is required (English: B2 Level-Upper intermediate / Pre-advanced and French : C1 Level).  Applicants need to have a pre-existing right to live and work in Morocco.
