ABOUT THE JOB 
As our next Sales and Customer Management Officer you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring a high quality, welcoming and efficient integrated customer service experience to all new and existing customers with the purpose of meeting/exceeding sales and customer management targets across all British Council services.
  • Driving up teaching and exams registrations through excellent and effective management of customer relationships, ensuring enquiries are followed up through all our current communication channels.
  • Maximising the effectiveness of the customer journey, identifying pain points and value moments in order to implement improvements and create a first-class customer experience.
  • Managing all aspects of customer care.
  • Actively contributing to our market information and to our communications and growth strategy.
  • Acting as main point of contact for teachers and management on all areas of compliance to customer related policies.
  • Acting as an Incident Control Officer in case of emergency.
  • Working in any of the branches/partner premises as required. 
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE 
You should have at least 2 years experience in sales and customer service or customer management and an English proficiency at a B2 level CEF will be required.
