British Council Italy is currently recruiting for 1 HR Administrative Assistant, fixed term, based in Rome.

The post holder, who will report to the HR manager Italy, will  play a key role in the implementation of the new Global and local HR management systems. He/she will contribute to the business by usual administrative HR tasks.

Applicants need to have: pre-existing right to work in Italy; English at  operational level and Italian native speaker equivalent level; very good understanding and knowledge of HR administrative management and of payroll, previous relevant experience; knowledge of clock-in clock -out system; they will be target oriented and accountable and will have the ability to analyse data and problems.
