JOB TITLE

British Council Singapore is looking for Customer Service, Executive to join their expanding team.  

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM

In Singapore, the British Council provides customers with examinations services for a range of exams including Aptis, IELTS, Professional and Academic examinations to various universities and professional institutions. Our objectives are to continue to build our market position in Singapore and to offer customers a high-quality experience that supports our mission and values.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

Reporting into Assistant Manager, Customer Service, you will provide excellent Customer service to all customers interested in all of the British Council’s activities (including English teaching, Examinations, Education UK, Library and cultural operations) in order to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and enable the British Council to meet its corporate objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be qualified, you will have Diploma/Degree in any discipline with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the service industry. You will have experience of managing staff and motivating individuals/team to deliver high quality services. You will have excellent customer care skills across multiple channels.
