ABOUT THE JOB 

As our next Regional Resourcing Analyst you will provide extensive support to the Resourcing area mainly in administrative and logistical tasks but also making sure the high level of service for our stakeholders is maintained and best candidates are attracted.  This role will support all recruitment processes and also Pre-Appointment Screening for the corresponding candidates.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

You should have:
  • At least 12 month’s experience in supporting recruitment/selection areas.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related areas.
  • English at Proficiency Level B1.
  • C1 level of Spanish. Not native speakers of Spanish should pass a test.

The Resourcing area in the Americas provides support to the 13 countries in the region and must offer a high level of service so business units can deliver results on time.  Our support on attracting the best candidates and on all administrative steps of the recruitment processes is key for our stakeholders, as well as making sure there’s compliance and standardisation with measured flexibility to meet local needs.  The resourcing team is part of the global HR team which is currently going through a comprehensive transformation programme where new technologies and global processes are being implemented. There is an aspiration that, some of the resourcing processes will eventually move to a shared services model in 2020. This transition will be completed in December 2020, hence the temporality of this role.
