ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM

The Country Directorate is a headed up by the Country Director, and responsible for 1) country insight; 2) overall country strategy, narrative and brand; 3) business and partnership development; 4) stakeholder relations; 5) leadership of the wider country team

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

You will provide a full range of secretarial, administrative support and tactical advice to the Country Directorate, supporting both the Country Director, CLT and SBU leads in delivery of the priorities of the directorate. You will arrange meeting or workshop and support financial system (SAP). You will also manage relationship with internal and external contacts, administrative and logistic support for visitors.

 

WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT

You can take pride to have the lead responsibility for managing and maintaining a highly organised and efficient Country Directorate, ensuring that the Director is provided with the full range of secretarial and administrative support and advice. You will also be able to support the Director in preparation for presentations and briefings for high level meetings.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should have certificate qualification or equivalent and have proven administration experience and experience in working effectively in a similar post with individuals at all levels. Your local language should be at proficiency level and English should be proficient in professional working, equivalent to IELTS band 6. You should also have good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
