ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM


The new cross-product Business Assurance function reports directly to Director Exams, independent of delivery lines.  It provides guidance on compliance to corporate and awarding body requirement and advises delivery teams on risk management.  The function ensures robust monitoring processes and systems are in place, and that incidents and security breaches are investigated and managed effectively.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

 

This is interesting role for those who are looking to embark on a career with us; you will be delivering high quality, fair and independent Exams investigations and appeals outcomes that meet the needs of internal stakeholders, awarding bodies and test takers through various methods such as taking ownership of moderate/significant risk investigation needs reported across all products and responding to internal customer with prompt and timely  service or advice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

To be able to qualify for this job role, you will be required to have an English Proficiency C1 and an education level equivalent to High School/A level/ University. You will also need to have working experience in applying investigations/appeals or other global/regional processes and to be efficient with usage of computer application such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
