BC Examinations and English Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Recruitment Manager/ Sr. Recruitment Manager for Gurgaon location.


BC Examinations and English Services Pvt Ltd (BCEESIPL) is an Indian commercial entity wholly owned by the British Council, UK. Governed by a Managing Director and Board, BCEESIPL provides a range of services to BC UK in the areas of Examinations and English. In 2018-19 BCEESIPL will deliver 700,000 examinations in English Language assessment and professional qualifications in 45 cities and 70 venues across India as well as providing B2C Digital Learning courses, corporate ELT training services and two major employability skills and assessment projects with State Governments in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. BCEESIPL employs 350 staff in 4 offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

Role Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible to provide a professional recruitment service to Business Units and deliver first class recruitment support and guidance. Recruiting the right people to the right posts at the right time. 

Applicants should have minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in HR Recruitments and must be well versed in all areas of the HR life cycle.

Key Challenges and Opportunities for this role:   

The Recruitment Manager role is responsible for delivering professional recruitment services and support, advice and guidance to the BCEESIPL in India. The team works closely together, sharing information and campaign/project updates and ensuring a seamless, value adding service to the business. The team works with the Global Centre of Expertise based in the UK, to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved.
