Vacancy Description
Locally appointed Grade J / Part time 17.5-20 hours per week (50-57%) / Location Italy - Rome/ Open to anyone with pre-existing right to work in Italy Criminal checks for Child Protection purposes.
British Council Rome, Italy is recruiting 2 fixed term + 1 permanent Customer Support Assistant, PT (50-57%).
The purpose of the job is to deliver high quality services to internal and external Customers and Clients, which meet their needs and enable the British Council to achieve its’ objectives.
Applicants need to have a pre-existing right to work in Italy; English at level B2 of Council of Europe, Fluency in Italian at level C2 of Council of Europe. Good communication skills and experience in a Customer Service / Care role.
