The British Council China is looking to hire an Exams Systems Senior Product Manager.




You will be based either in Shanghai or Beijing office. This is a dedicated role in Exams Product Management team to manage exams system products, shape and manage the product management process from user end to IT end. This role will coordinate Exams Senior Users, Project Managers, Process Owners and Exams System Development team to define the digitalization strategy of Exams operations, manage the user requirements and process design, support the functional design and control the quality of the development.




You will lead the product management of large-scale global and regional digitalization projects.


You will be part of our fantastic product team to define the digitalization strategy of our future operations on a global scope.


You will be managing the whole life cycle of our designated global Exams system products, support Exams senior users to design the vision of operation systems, map business process and provide digitization solution.


You will have the opportunity of bringing advanced product management knowledge and skills to the team and build the atmosphere and management system with the team.

To be qualified for the role, you will need to have:


1.   Minimum 5 years of working experience with minimum 3 years proven cross-team work experience
2.   Proven record of product and project management, process control and quality assurance (2B product experience highly preferred)
3.   Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Waterfall.
4.   Good level of English communication ability
5.   Experience of designing and implementing business strategy/business process highly preferred
6.   Experience of IT projects and user story mapping will be a plus
