Role Purpose

Based in Baghdad this role will operate across the country regularly visiting our office in Erbil and meeting stakeholders in other key cities such as Sulaymaniyah and Basra. The role holder will manage the exams operation in Iraq within a very complex internal and external environment. The role holder must demonstrate high levels of integrity as well as a flexible approach to making things happen.   The purpose of this role is to build up the Exams operation in Iraq and ensure securing resource to meet market demand and customer experience requirements and ensure exams integrity on the ground.  This role is ultimately responsible for efficient, effective and compliant Test Day delivery, financial planning cycle, managing cost, risk and contingency on the ground and setting standards, developing and managing the performance of their team.
