ABOUT THE JOB 

As our next Test Day Delivery Assistant you will  assist and support the Exams operation with all products offered by the British Council, in accordance with BC policies and procedures, administration manuals, awarding body requirements, Quality and Compliance Assessment (QCA) rules, including occasional direct interaction with partner institutions. Some weekend test day work will be required.


Note:
We have 3 vacancies, 2 of them with an indefinite contract and 1 as a fixed term contract. Final decision on the type of contract for the selected candidates will be made by the British Council. If you are interested in this role, please make sure you are willing to accept any of the options presented.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

You should have experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service; ability to ensure compliance, risk and security standards are monitored and maintained; University Degree; ability to operate both in English and Spanish at minimum B1.
