ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM

 

British Council Thailand delivers a large number of exams with an Operations team of staff and venue staff.  We offer IELTS, Cambridge English, Aptis, Professional and Educational exams across the country and work in a fiercely competitive market.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

 

This is interesting role for those who are looking to embark on a career with us; you will be providing administrative support in delivering examinations throughout pre and post-test, ensuring British Council and exam board standards. You will also be managing venue staffs and to monitor their performance throughout the year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

To be able to qualify for this job role, you will require a good working knowledge of English (minimum of B2) in written or spoken and to be able to speak fluent Thai, if possible with IELTS 7.0 or equivalent in Basic Chinese  You will also be required to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and to have minimum two years of working experience in administration/customer service/operation work and lead a team before, it will be advantageous that you bring along experience in English language assessment and international test administration
