Role purpose

To provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Nigeria Facilities Function in the areas of procurement, master data management, contracts database management and the broader supplier management process.



Main opportunities for the role include but not limited to;

Finance data entry and procurement administration:

·        Ensure the corporate procurement policy and external financial regulations and procurement policies and processes are met in all aspects of the role

·        Contribute to effective, compliant financial processes and accurate financial information

Master data & new vendor requests:

§  Ensure Facilities team purchase requests are approved for Purchase Order creation against an ASL supplier, and challenge where a suitable preferred supplier exists

§  Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Supplier management process

§  Gather data on direct supplier feedback and update feedback records

§  Maintain good working relationships with key suppliers

·        Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients, partners and other stakeholders.


.The Role Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

·        2 years’ experience in administration work experience in procurement and / or finance

·        Ability to demonstrate understanding of best practice in procurement and finance processes and systems

·        Demonstrate willingness to work with others in an interactive team setting;

·        Good interpersonal, organizational and team building skills

·        Excellent numeracy skills.

·        Good documentation and administrative skills

·        Meticulous and detail oriented
