BC Examinations and English Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Delivery Executive for Gurgaon/ Chennai location.

BC Examinations and English Services Pvt. Ltd. (BCEESIPL) is an Indian commercial entity wholly owned by the British Council, UK. Governed by a Managing Director and Board, BCEESIPL provides a range of services to BC UK in the areas of Examinations and English. In 2018-19 BCEESIPL will deliver 700,000 examinations in English Language assessment and professional qualifications in 45 cities and 70 venues across India as well as providing B2C Digital Learning courses, corporate ELT training services and two major employability skills and assessment projects with State Governments in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. BCEESIPL employs 350 staff in 4 offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

Role Purpose:
The post holder will support customer management and delivery of English Language products, services and programmes across India and work with the academic, marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure the highest levels of service to both internal and external customers, achieving business targets and high quality and full compliance to British Council guidelines.

Applicants should have a university degree and atleast 1 year of experience in an organization. 
Experience with B2C customers and experience in customer services/sales/operations and/or delivering eLearning and/or English language products/services is preferred.

Key Challenges and Opportunities for this role: 

As an Executive contributing to Customer Management and service delivery, the post holder will:
  • Implement customer communication plans and support the customer journey for English in BCEESIPL, with focus on B to C segments and achievement of business targets. 
  • Work closely with academic, marketing and operations teams as well as the India Contact Centre to contribute to an efficient customer journey from enquiry to enrolment and post-sale service delivery. 
  • Contribute to the creation of a unified and efficient English business stream and towards positive collaboration with Examinations colleagues and the wider British Council.
