ABOUT THE JOB 
This post will directly contribute to our goals of delivering a high quality teaching experience, creating benefit to the UK, and building a sustainable future for the British Council in Colombia. It will do this primarily by ensuring quality resourcing and delivery of offsite courses in Bogota and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager on the logistics of all aspects of contracts with our corporate clients.

You will be line managed by Assistant Teaching Centre Manager (ATCM) and will also directly line manage and be responsible for the personal development of 3 teachers as well as contributing to our teaching quality across the operation. You must at present be studying towards your DELTA/Trinity Diploma.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE 
You should have extensive experience and track record of teaching English to a range of Adult learners including in a business English environment; university degree in a relevant subject or discipline, DELTA/Trinity Diploma or currently studying towards it, Full mastery of English across all 4 skills equivalent to IELTS Band 8/9 in each of the 4 sections of the academic module and ability to operate in Spanish at CEF level A2.
