British Council Romania is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor.

Purpose of job:  To deliver high quality services to internal and external customers and clients which meet their needs and enable the British Council to achieve its objectives. To project a professional image of the British Council and the UK by providing a high quality, welcoming, and efficient integrated service.

We offer you:
·         Starting salary from 4000 RON gross for a full-time position (one-year contract with extension possibility)
·         A 13th salary paid annually in December
·         Annual Performance-related salary increases
