ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM

British Council Beijing office is currently looking for an Examinations Services Assistant to join their Exams team.

Our work in China is of great importance to the global British Council operation, both politically and commercially. With more than 750 staff across our offices in China, we operate a wide range of programmes in English, exams, arts, and education in partnership with local authorities and partners

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

In this role, you will provide professional and effective service to IELTS candidates in North and Central China and ensure the IELTS Post-test services are compliant with global IELTS Administration Manual, audit requirements, and China-specific IELTS administration procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will have bachelor’s degree with Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent) and English B2 (Aptis, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent). You will have computer skills and good communication skills as you’ll be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
