     The post holder will be in charge for signing off on all Global Assessments tests, ensuring all test settings, illustrations, content and answer keys are correct and to a high quality. This role is also responsible for managing project deadlines, risk, costs and ensuring high quality assessment products are delivered on time and within budget. This role also leads on project and product evaluation work. 

    Main Opportunities /Challenges for the role:     
  • Working on global test development projects and contributing to annual consultancy income in excess of £10,000,000. · 
  • Balancing multiple pressures and competing demands for high quality test products. ·      
  • Ensuring high quality tests are delivered to clients on time and within budget. ·  
  •  Managing the test item bank to international standards with the objective of improving test quality assurance and efficiency. ·  
  • Leading on the evaluation of test products and projects. ·  
  • Leading on accommodations and modifications for test takers with special needs. · 
  • Having a sound understanding of all assessment development projects and team deliverable. · 
  • Learning about test development and validation to PhD level.
  The role is open to both internal and external candidates based in EU and located in Brussels, Belgium. Applicants need to have the pre-existing right to work in EU. No relocation package will be offered to candidates applying from outside EU. Applicants must have a MA in language testing or equivalent; copy-editing and/or proof-reading experience ; demonstrable experience of applying technical and professional expertise to produce high quality tests for a recognised testing institution; demonstrable experience of managing a test product quality assurance system; demonstrable experience managing projects using project management systems and software
