ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The Exams Systems team is a key part of the China Exams team. It provides IT solutions, digitalization service, and technical support to exams operations in China.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY

 

As the IT Solution Design manage, you will be responsible for the solution design on national digital projects in China and will work with business teams and the internal technology teams to define requirements, design integrated solutions, test, pilot and implement new technologies into production use.

In this role, you will be cooperating with global teams and external consulting vendors. The solution designed and delivered by you will enable the British Council services go up to the next level. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

To qualify for the role, you will need to have:

 

1.  English Communication Skills: speaking, listening, writing and listening at Proficiency Level C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6 or equivalent); Chinese Communication Skills: speaking, listening, writing and listening at Proficiency Level C1 (HK5 or equivalent)

2. Graduate with relevant technical certification

3. Demonstrable experience of managing IT projects and systems

4. at least 2 years of working experience in IT team

5. the skills of solution design and delivery of Active Directory, Windows Server, VMWare, SCCM, Storage solutions, IT Security, cloud and networking technologies etc

A Certification of ISO27001 /ITIL /PRINCE2(PMP) is will be a plus.
