ABOUT THE JOB 

The purpose of this post is to deliver the exams operational strategy within Canada, prioritizing IELTS and operational support to our expanding network of testing centres (Independent Testing Centres – ITCs). The role will be a key driver in implementing changes to IELTS operations and ways of working, ensuring that new systems, processes and requirements are delivered. There will be close working with IELTS colleagues in Canada, the Americas region, and global Operations and Business Improvement to support and monitor performance, raise any issues and risks and subsequent recommendations, deliver coaching and training on systems, policy and practice, and driving forward business improvement initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 
You should have experience of overseeing IELTS / Exams operations in a business environment; significant operational experience in a large-scale commercial business across a number of cities or provinces; takes a pro-active approach to identifying ways in which exams/ testing service can be improved, and takes these forward; demonstrates the ability to sustain and support the growth of an exams in line with strategic priorities; significant experience in delivering change across a business function; degree level education; IELTS 7.5 or equivalent and fluent written and spoken English level.
