IELTS National Customer Service Manager (CHIN-145)

British Council China is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the IELTS customer service teams to work with internal IELTS operation teams and partners to provide high-level customer services to China IELTS candidates. And support Assistant Director of Exams North and Central China, Security, Compliance and Customer Service in national customer service strategy implement and customer experience improvement. Ensuring post-test services operation meet the business targets and global and local IELTS operation standards.

 

To be considered, you need to be fluent in both Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent) and English (Aptis B2, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent). You also need to have at least 3 years working experience related to customer service or business operation and administration, and experience of managing a team. A Bachelor Degree in any discipline is essential.
