Customer Service Agent - Mexico

Purpose of Job:   
To provide excellent levels of customer service to all internal and external customers and clients of the British Council Mexico, meeting their needs in order to enhance perceptions of the UK in Mexico, and particularly:
    -       to ensure a high quality customer experience in delivering and selling British Council products and services.         -       to act as British Council’s ambassador and provide top quality services to all customers meeting all key performance indicators in order to enable the Council to meet its targets.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Delivery: face to face duties, sales, telephone and Email enquires, registration and finance, product and offer knowledge.

Other important features or requirements of the job
We are open to the public from Monday to Fridays 8.00 am – 8.00 pm and Saturdays from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.
Class times are not yet defined but the successful candidate will work as a full time member of staff, a 5 day week on a flexible shift system from Monday to Saturday.
