ABOUT THE JOB 
As our next B2B Customer Support Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective operational co-ordination and delivery of B2B Exams and Projects at the right cost and customer experience. The role is to support B2B Customers on operational, system and technical issues and report issues and resolutions to the Account Relationship Manager to develop and retain the Account.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE 
You should have:
  • University degree or relevant qualification
  • Experience in B2B customer service environment
  • Experience and ability to deliver excellent standards of customer service
  • MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook skills
  • Understanding and experience of risk and compliance management 
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • The ability to communicate in English at a proficiency level B2
  • The ability to operate in Spanish (both written and spoken) at B2
