Role Purpose:

Working in British Council Regions, this role will act as a focal point for all change across our various business streams to ensure that change is delivered into country effectively and efficiently.   This role will work with teams at the global level to monitor upcoming changes, ensure countries are ready for the change and then drive for implementation at the country level. Communication is a key component of this role; you will be reviewing plans and change requirements from a number of change programmes and initiatives and then managing the delivery of that change into the appropriate countries.    
Finally, in order for British Council to remain successful we must ensure we are agile, sustainable, impact led and professional.  This means that we need to minimise unnecessary variation in the delivery of our businesses in country.  However it is vital that the voice of the operation is clearly heard by the various strategic business units and that their issues are resolved.   This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the challenge of standardisation is met whilst still maintaining the buy in of local operations.

The candidates must have experience in a regional role and rights to work in the UAE.
